Separate Wallet Shipping

Hi everyone,
I'm now moving on to preparing to ship the wallets for the orders that were shipped separately.
If you opted to get your other items ahead of the wallet, this update is for you.
Before I send out the paypal invoices, I need any potential address updates requested here. Please comment if you need an address update for your wallet.
I calculate the shipping cost based on weight and location, so if I send you a paypal invoice for an old address and the price is different for the current address, it'll be a bit of a headache. So please comment on this update only if you need an address update.
I will start sending out the paypal invoices on Friday the 15th, so please let me know of an address update before then.
If you pay the invoice, I will assume that the address I have on file for you is the correct one, so if you receive an invoice and need to double check your address, please wait to pay the invoice until I've confirmed your address.
You will know your address was updated when I respond and let you know so.
Also, you do not need a paypal account to pay a paypal invoice.
Other than that, all orders have been shipped or are about to be shipped.
I have a lot that I'm holding onto because I have not received responses from messages and emails I've sent, so please check your messages.
If you have not received your shipment or a shipping confirmation email for your shipment, please reach out to me. There's probably a reason for that.
German backers: I'm working on getting your orders out as well. I've figured out how to do so, but it's a little bit of a process. It also costs me more out of pocket to ship to Germany now just because of the LUCID packaging laws, so that's a fun surprise... 😩

Nearing The End

Hi friends,
Wanted to update y'all where I'm at in the shipping process.
I only have about 150 orders left to ship!!
So I'm hoping to be done in a month-ish? I can get like 40 out a week so hopefully only a month left of this.
I'm sorry if you're unlucky and are in the last few groups of orders, but trust me I'm working as quickly as I can!
If you have not received an email with tracking, it's probably because your order hasn't shipped yet.
Bear with me!
After I get these orders out, then I will reach out to the folks that had their items shipped separately from the wallet.
I'm addressing y'all last because I will have to send y'all invoices for the shipping for just the wallets~
I think that's everything for now.
Thank you to everyone who has commented positive things, sent me kind messages, etc, because y'all keep me going~ I may not respond to them all, but trust me I see them and they make my day.
This has been hard, and I don't have time to gush right now, so I'll leave it there.

Hi friends,
I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I am still working on bag orders.
So if you haven't received tracking info via an email, your order hasn't shipped yet.
I'm working as quickly as possible, so please continue to bear with me as I get through it.
I know some of y'all have been worried about your order, so I wanted to reassure y'all that I'm still getting them together.
I have sent out emails to some international customers, so please keep an eye on your email for that if you haven't received your order.

Address Update Request #2

Hi everyone,
I am now requesting anyone who needs an address update that ordered a bag to comment on this post. This includes ALL orders with a bag in it- even if you ordered a bag, wallet, and extras like a mirror.
Please only comment on THIS POST. Not the general comments on the Kickstarter page or anywhere else. Commenting under this post means I will see it and reach out to you.
If you preordered, please dm me on instagram @witchvisions.
If you previously reached out and did not get a response, I did not see it, so please comment here.
I'm giving some buffer time between purchasing shipping labels and actually dropping off the packages so folks can correct any mistakes once they receive the shipping notification email.
However, once your package is dropped off, I cannot help with incorrect addresses.
I'm paying out of pocket for a lot of the shipping because of rate increases AND I'm purchasing insurance on every single order, so pleeeease double check your addresses.
You can check yourself by finding your backerkit email with the survey link.
If you commented under the last update and needed an address update for your order with a bag in it, please comment again under this update. I will only be referring to this update when checking for requests.
This is going to be the longest part of fulfilling because the bags take a long time, so please continue to be patient.
I'm working as quickly as possible, but I still have about 600 bag orders to get through~
Lastly, if you had your other items shipped first and are waiting on a wallet, please hold on- you'll be taken care of last because I need to collect shipping costs from y'all.

The Day Has Finally Come...

Guess what??
The wallets arrived!
I'm going to be quality checking as I go, but so far they look and feel so much better than the flawed ones. I'm so relieved.
Maybe later this week I'll post an update showing the differences between the two so you can see~
Okay, so the next steps are as follows:
I'm going to start by shipping the orders out that contain only wallets (no bags).
So that means that if you have an address change and did not order a purse, please comment on this post letting me know and I will message you on Kickstarter.
Before you comment, please check the address you have on file with Backerkit. You can do that by finding the email you received from Backerkit back when you had to fill out the survey. If you cannot find that email, cannot check Backerkit, and might need an address change, please comment.
If you PREORDERED, but did not pledge on KS, please DM me on Instagram for an address change. @witchvisions
Again, this call for address adjustments is only for those who have not received their items yet and did NOT order a bag.
I will be asking for those that ordered a bag after I get through the outstanding wallet orders.
I've had an awful time with emails getting lost in my junk folder, so I don't want to risk any address changes getting lost now.
You will know if I update your address if I have responded to you.
I will be manually checking my messages on here once I've messaged everyone that comments on this post to make sure I don't miss anything.
But again, please do not message me first, please just comment on this post. It will help me keep track of the names.
This also means that if you don't want the wallet and want it exchanged for other items, this is your last call. For that, please DM me on instagram OR comment on this post that you'd like to replace the wallet, because again, I don't want to miss emails and have y'all upset with me. :(
Also, it's always a good idea if you've recently moved to have your mail forwarding on if possible just in case something happens. That way the package would be forwarded to your new address.
Shipping will be a nightmare, so please keep up with your tracking number once you receive one. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order ships via PirateShip, but it may appear as being from Witch Visions, Taylor Moon, or Taylor Roberts (my old name rip in pieces). Please let me know if there seems to be an error with your tracking, it gets lost, etc as soon as you think there may be an issue. I've gone rounds with USPS and UPS and it helps to always try to locate a missing package as soon as it goes missing. That being said, give the tracking a couple days to update, lol.
Sorry for all of the info at once, I just want to keep y'all in the loop as much as possible and be transparent about how the rest of this will go~

I will start shipping AUGUST 19th!
Please comment or dm me by AUGUST 12th to finalize your address change.
I will be shipping everything out as quickly as I possibly can, but please be patient with me as quality checking and packaging takes a long time. I hope that all of the wallet orders will only take a couple of weeks to ship out, but we'll see.
After the wallets, I will ship larger orders containing bags, then orders on Etsy, and finally, the orders that folks chose to have their other items shipped first. For those orders, I will post a similar update to this so stay tuned if your order falls into one of those categories~
